What does PicsFixed do?

PicsFixed gives one property or listing photo a polished digital makeover. From a fast photo Fix to a broader visual direction, you’ll see a clearer next version of the space before you commit to physical changes.

What kinds of photos work?

Clear photos of rooms, exteriors, porches, yards, RVs, campers, mobile homes, storefronts, and product listings are a great fit. Use the sharpest, most recent image you have and include context in your order note.

How do I upload my photo?

Choose a Fix tier, create or sign in to your PicsFixed account, then upload your photo and add instructions before payment. Review the saved intake, then continue to secure checkout. Your paid order, delivery, and revisions stay in your dashboard.

When will my Fix be ready?

Timing depends on the photo, selected service, and requested work. PicsFixed reviews each intake before delivery instead of promising a one-size-fits-all deadline. Check your dashboard for order updates, or contact support with your order number.

Can I request a revision?

Yes. Your order’s dashboard workspace is the best place to leave focused feedback, request a revision, and follow the version history. Available revision options depend on the service and add-ons selected.

How will I receive my finished image?

Finished images and delivery notes are posted to your private dashboard when your order is complete. Keep your account details current so you can sign back in and view the delivery workspace.

Do I need an account? How do I sign in or reset my password?

Yes for new Fix orders: creating or signing in before checkout keeps your source photo, paid order, delivery, and revisions together. Go to My account in the site navigation to create an account, sign in, or choose the password-reset option. Existing paid checkout recovery links still support the earlier upload path.

Can I cancel an order?

If you need to cancel or have a payment question, contact support as soon as possible with your order number. Eligibility can depend on whether work has started, so the team will review your order before confirming next steps.

How are payments handled?

Checkout is handled securely through the PicsFixed checkout flow. You won’t need to send card details to support. For receipt, charge, or payment-status questions, include your order number in your support message.

Do you take special orders, including wedding photo touch-ups?

Yes—send support a quick description before purchasing if the request is outside the usual property or listing photo work. Wedding-photo touch-ups, product listing edits, and other one-off needs are reviewed for fit, scope, and pricing before work begins.

How do I get help with product listing edits?

For real estate, marketplace, ecommerce, or small-business listing photos, start with the Product Listing Photo Editing page. If the work is unusually complex or covers multiple images, send support the details first.

How do I contact PicsFixed support?

Use the Contact Support form and include the email used at checkout plus your order number when available. That gives the team the best context to help.
