PicsFixed provides ethical photo enhancement services for real estate and property-related images. By using our service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

PicsFixed performs realistic, truthful, and MLS-safe enhancements only.

We do not:

• Add features that do not exist.
• Remove damage or structural issues.
• Alter a property in misleading ways.

Edits are limited to lighting, color, clarity, straightening, and minor declutter.

By submitting a photo, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the image or have permission to use it.
• The photo does not violate any laws or copyrights.
• Your requested edits follow ethical and truthful guidelines.
• You will not request edits that misrepresent the property.

Our process includes:

• Customer selection of desired fixes.
• Photo upload and customer notes.
• Ethical enhancement workflow and manual human review.
• Delivery of the final image, payment, and download.

PicsFixed may decline any request that violates our ethical standards.

Most photos are completed quickly, but turnaround times may vary depending on volume, complexity, or manual review needs.

Payment is required after your photo is approved and before the final download is released.

All sales are final once the edited photo is delivered.

Because photo enhancement is a digital service, refunds are generally not provided.

However, if there is an issue with your final image, you may request a one-time re-edit at no additional cost.

PicsFixed stores your photos only for the purpose of editing and delivery. We do not sell, share, or distribute your images.

Photos may be deleted after a reasonable period unless needed for support or quality review.

You agree not to upload photos that contain:

• Illegal content.
• Copyrighted material without permission.
• Offensive or harmful imagery.
• Requests for deceptive or unethical edits.

PicsFixed reserves the right to refuse service for any violation.

PicsFixed is not responsible for:

• Misuse of edited photos.
• Incorrect uploads.
• Issues caused by third-party platforms, including MLS, Zillow, or social media.
• Any damages arising from use of our service.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

PicsFixed may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
